Dunno if this was posted but if anyone wanted to know why griffin left abruptly this is why Griffin had to take a detour before entering the game. He took off his warmup and discovered he'd forgotten to put on his jersey. He went to the locker room to get his jersey before entering the game.
I didnt get to watch the game were the anouncers talking about it. If they did I bet it was kind of funny
so was he going commando under the warmups or what? it could have been the greatest blooper ever if rudy had to sub him in real fast and eddie just ripped off the jacket to just boxers. classic. i saw him at the scorer's table to check in then going to the locker-room. calvin and bill didn't mention anything and he came back so i didn't think anything of it.
