So, let me get this straight: YOU berate another poster for not knowing what they're talking about. Yet, you yourself go on to assign blame to JVG as though you DO know what went on in the Rockets organization with regards to EG's release. Hypocritical much?

EG punched the chick, he didn't shoot her. He shot in her general direction. The courts didn't punish him very severely. Judging from the suspensions, even the league thought Artest's actions were worse than Griffin's.

I wouldn't blaim EG for shooting anyway. After watching one year of JVG basketball,
no wonder many Rockets fans want to shoot someone right now.

First to the guy who still speaks of Rashard...the guy is not worth the money he's getting...he would be a 3rd piece on a championship team...but he acts like and thinks he would be the 1st. The Rockets wouldn't have given him that kinda contract, and he may have walked..

On EG...discarding all types of systems and everything, the guy most likely wouldn't have had success here after the stuff he went through. Some guys just need a brand new start. Success might be the outcome, but it wouldn't have happened otherwise. So stop thinking it would have worked out the same if he had stayed.

The same people questioned Hidalgo's and Lugo's departure from the Astros...both had pretty successful campaigns elsewhere, but would not have succeed in Houston.
