    He will be fine, 116 innings with a 1.62 era and 1.03 whip, and 153 K's in those innings

    2 HR in a series with a ton of them doesn't put a dent in the overall body of work

    As i've said in the game thread, if he gives up a homer in back to back games in mid July, other than being upset that it hurts us in those games, no one would be worried about him...it's not like the stuff isn't there all of the sudden

    If he wasnt pulling this crap throughout spring training, I'd be less worried...so, Im worried.

    But if he pulled this crap last spring training, and then had a great season, but pulled it again this spring training, and spring training doesn't matter... till it does... does a tree falling in the woods mean Evan Gattis just chopped it down?

    Anybody that says they aren't at least little concerned are lying to themselves. Having said that, there's no real reason to panic about it at this point.

    He's not aging, and we have no evidence of injury. His stuff is still great, he's just in a bit of a funk. Maybe the effort to impress his new team is in his head a little. It's a bad stretch, but it's a long season and we have 2 years of good results.
