    Mexico has the best players. Ginobili, Gasol brothers, rubio, Scola... the list goes on and on.

    Sabonis, Porzingis, Kirilenko, Stojakovič, Divac.... Boban of course. I think Russia has/had far more better players.

    China has the best players imo

    Yao, Lin, Courtney Lee, David Lee, Dieng, Deng... the list goes on and on

    I think Peja Stojakovic probably had a greater career than Vlade, especially in the NBA. Vlade was more iconic FIBA player, he played in so many and was so important. Peja didn't play in FIBA games as much, but when he did, he probably was more dominant.

    Taiwan: Lin (1/2 I think) ?

    As far as China: Yao > Yi > Sun Yue >> Lin

    The others countries are straight forward.

    Tracy McGrady is arguably better, although Marbury did win a championship. Michael Beasley should be an honorary mention.

    BTW, Russia's greatest player is Patrick Beverley.
