@Buck Turgidson It's that time of the year again and I know you're already euphoric, have you dusted off the vinyl yet?
My son was born on December 23rd, 1998. I recall going down to my car for a smoke. This is still my favorite Christmas song. Heard on the radio while I had that cigarette right after he was born. (and yes... the music video is awful.) I always loved the raspy voice, and I love flat notes.
There wasn't any snow on Christmas Eve And I knew what I should do I thought I'd free the animals all locked up at the Zoo I opened up the fence where the peacocks were The lamas were unleashed The snakes and seals could all get out But they refused to leave All of the animals agreed They're not happy at the Zoos But they preferred to save themselves They seemed to think they could The elephants, orangutans And all the birds and kangaroos All said thanks but no thanks man To be concerned is good It started to snow on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night Walkin' through the State Park Zoo and everything is white
Why? Why would you do this? I'm about to fly to Germany and kick you in the something. Let's take the holidays one at a time, please. But if you philistines must do it, do it right: Spoiler
My wife likes a lot of music, but she's a traditionalist when it come to X-Mas music. She told me today she was already sick of hearing Last Christmas. F u, b
