The funny thing about that thread is Fatty only got into it after you, pugsly8422 bumped it 3 months after it died out. So I guess you're the instigator in that whole debacle.
And that's why, as I stated earlier, it's my all time favorite, but thanks for pointing that out. Pugs
Jake is doing okay except for some allergies, Pugs. We have gotten him on the supposed best medicine but it doesn't seem to have much effect. But he has such a great spirit - nothing ever gets him down it seems. As for the wild dogs next door...well, they are still out doing their thing and they will always be annoying but they haven't tried running into my yard in a long time. I think they might be scared of me. Of course, I have been just itching to do a little more kicking especially on the mutt that has been, I feel, the catalyst for the problems.
I know how that is. I never had a pet growing up, but when I moved in with my gf I really got attached to her dog. He was still relatively young, but was having some type of fluid build up in his chest so he would constantly have to go in to get his chest tapped. Unfortunately that wasn't enough and he was forced to have an operation. After the operation the doctor called and said everything went great and he'd be coming home in a couple of days. Well that night about 2am we get a call saying he stopped breathing and past on. This had happened one time before, and they were able to save him, but we weren't so lucky this time. The doctor said she had never seen this in such a young dog, he was only 5. I still can't bear to get another dog even though my gf talks about it often. I've had 1 pet in my life and even though it was only for a short time you get attached. Pugs

Fatty and MB going back and forth like they are doing reminds me of this thread: Maybe one of them will start a new one! BTW - always wondered what happened to gr8-1.
I had to throw that part about South Texas for Falcons Talon. I know he's a big Mustang fan and I doubt he graduated from Rice.
