I'm not sure if this video has been posted yet but I thought I would share it (lock if posted already). It shows a lot of his abilities on the basketball court when he was given consistent playing time. Not much has been said about Reggie so I thought this would be a good way to start some discussion on him.

small sample size, but it looks like he will fit his role perfectly: 3pt shooting with good movement off the ball and good IQ + active hands to create TO's and get boards.

I see him getting most his minutes next to Harden or with D12 rather than with the bench squad. Seems like he needs an offensive threat/creator around him to demand extra attention.

Has a pretty nice tear drop layup to go along with his 3-pt shooting. Seems like the type of player the Rockets like.

If he can guard point guards... He may can get a lot of time on the floor in the backcourt with Harden.

Reggie Williams can't guard anyone.... at least he has been able up to this point. If he ends up not getting PT, it'll mostly likely be because of his porous D.

Reggie Williams looks like James Harden's brother out there. If he grow a beard...it'll be funny to see both on the court.

    He can barely guard SG's.

I've always liked how easy his shot looked

Body-wise, he kind of reminds you of Harden

Just looked up his stats and saw that he averaged 15 ppg on 50% shooting his first year. What happened?

Williams is a more consistent/deadly shooter, but I think Anderson may be slightly more serviceable on D.

But since Williams has a standout skill, it probably gives him a better shot of getting PT than Anderson would

The Covington vs Williams training camp battle for the last spot on the roster is to me, more intriguing that the Dmo vs Tjones one..

I'm still leaning Covington to be retained and Williams to be the unlucky man to be released, unless he can impress the heck outta Mchale, however my reasoning behind Cov sticking around and not Williams is that Cov will be more than happy to be recalled from the vipers at any time + his physical attributes are underrated by many.

Imagine him with Cisco on the court at the same time.

Dwight is doubled and tosses it out to one of those two, Harden or Chandler...

4 legitimate shooters on all sides.

Now, if only Jeremy could shoot more efficiently.

I still shudder at him AIRBALLING that wide open three against the Heat. 60% of us on this BBS would have at least hit rim or backboard.
