It's not considered getting "dressed up". Don't know where you got that from.

I havent followed a trend in ages. I hate tattoos and most anything having to do with them. But I think those shirts are okay on some people. Like how some girls can wear certain tight clothes and some cant, same with this. Its better than the tie-dye fad.

As long as its not graphic PANTS. Then we'd be talking about the 2nd wave of Zubaz.

I like graphic tees with subtle designs or small designs or vintage tees. But these Affliction shirts are too gaudy and flashy looking for my taste. The only good thing from what I have seen is that the Affliction shirts don't come in flashy colors like red or orange, etc... I only wear darker colors like gray, black, green and blue.

Living in the hood and reading clutchfans really makes it seem like we live in a whole different world. Not just this thread but the majority of the hangout threads are like a portal into a whole other dimension. I guess it's so shocking because I'm a born and raised Houstonian 25 years but rarely share the same sentiment as 80% of the topics here.

I honestly think I'll live my whole life without hearing the word "douche" said out loud. Also, "jorts" being a symbol for "uncool"?

To all my out of towners, do not take the views and ideas in the hangout as the gospel for all H-town.

Haha! Naw, douche ain't really a hood word to use. If you wanna hear it get a job with alot of white dudes in their 20's and 30's. The first time i heard the word "jort" was here though. There's sure been alot of fashion threads here lately though, kinda gay.

Is anyone starting to wonder what mlwoo wears on a daily basis? (Besides besides freshly pressed, pleated, khaki shorts.) My curiosity has been piqued.

Mlwoo? Would this be a fair representation of you?

Not quite. Closer than to your prole graphic tees though.

Those shorts have a flat front.

Yes I wear a skirt and red pumps.

Do you know how hard it is to find pumps in a 12 1/2 wide?

i don't personally know anyone who wears those ugly shirts although i see a lot of mexicans in my neighborhood with those hideous things on. can't say they look like douche bags---> more like migrant workers. anyways, i don't care what people wear but i'd say that houstonians in general dress like douches.
