Candace Owens is the sh*t stain at the bottom of a public toilet

she is nothing but a pawn used by the Republican Party

“let’s get a black person to trash other black people and reinforce the beliefs of our base of deplorables”

    Fck this Auntie Ruckus

She was a Democrat her entire life until Trump got elected and she saw that she could earn way more money being 1 of the few black Republicans Fox News can trot out to appeal to their base. A black democrat is nothing unique or special, but one that is a Trump supporter is and can be lucrative. Even those 2 idiots Diamond and Silk realized that. Nobody knew who they were until they switched to being Trump supporters. They were selling out on Fox News until they finally got cancelled a few weeks ago.

Don't know if I agree with them shutting down her page but I know she is a grifter and most of that money was going to be pocketed like the wall gofundme page.

And as usual you left out a lot of pertinent info.

    https://www.blackenterprise.com/can...er-controversial-comments-about-george-floyd/

Owens started a GoFundMe campaign that had raised more than $200,000 for the Parkside Café located in Birmingham, Alabama. She began the fundraiser after co-owner Michael Dykes sparked a backlash by insulting Floyd and calling the people who were protesting his death “idiots” in a text message to co-owner Robert Bagwell.

Three employees who worked at Parkside Cafe quit working and people starting boycotting the cafe online after Dykes’ comments were revealed.

The controversial pundit took to Twitter over the weekend to report on the actions taken against her and the campaign she started.

“GoFundMe has suspended the account associated with Candace Owens and the GoFundMe campaign has been removed because of a repeated pattern of inflammatory statements that spread hate, discrimination, intolerance and falsehoods against the black community at a time of profound national crisis. These actions violate our terms of service,” a GoFundMe spokesperson said in a statement to The Hill.

Birmingham’s Parkside Cafe, whose co-owner Michael Dykes said Floyd was a “thug” and protesters were “idiots” in a text message to a co-worker that was posted online. The comments in my view were offensive and inflammatory but they are not my views. Dykes was expressing his personal view and the result is that he was given death threats and the cafe boycotted.

The company added that the cafe itself has condemned Dykes’s comments.

Is gofundme a media company? It’s providing a service for fundraising and allowing users to upload their content but that seems like stretching it to say that’s a media company. Under that reasoning you could say that any company that provides a services that allows users to upload content could be a media service.

For that matter is Clutchfans a media service that then shouldn’t be allowed to moderate this forum?

Candace Owens is wrong in almost every single thing she said.

    1. Very few are calling him a hero or a martyr so she's using a strawman. Most are referring to George Floyd as a victim which is accurate. Supporting victims is fine.

    2. She's full of it saying other ethnicities don't hold up criminals as idols, heroes, or anything like that. Here's a list that includes many different ethnic groups. This is only a partial list.
John Gotti, Lucky Luciano, Al Capone, Bugsy Seigel, Mickey Cohen, Jesse James, Billy the Kid, Blackbeard the Pirate, Captain Morgan, Pancho Villa Emiliano Zapata, most of our founding fathers, Ann Bonnie, Mary Read Bonnie and Clyde, Pretty Boy Floyd, Machine Gun Kelly, Ned Kelly, The Dalton Brothers, The Younger Brothers, Bonnie Prince Charlie, William Wallace (Braveheart), Robert the Bruce, Veerappan, DB Cooper, Pablo Escobar, Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, etc.
That is only a partial list. I am missing ones from Japan, China, Korea.

    3. She is paid by Fox News to attack movements by and supporting African Americans. That is her job. She provides cover for their white viewers to go after the movements without seeming racist. They have Muslims to attack other Muslims, Latinos to attack Latino movements etc.

    4. Her racist dismissal of Latinos in the video was also offensive. And "I guess even Latinos?" Really? Even them? Wow, then you know the African Americans are bad if even those pesky Latinos don't glorify or praise their criminals (which they do like almost every other ethnicity)

Her argument is a strawman, and her thesis is blatantly false. It is probably a good business model to forbid someone so dishonest from trying to solicit money.

Wow... on film, cop obviously walks in front then stops in front of the protester to get him to walk into the cop... then the other cops grab him, throws him to the ground and even puts a knee on the guy's neck. All this *after* the Floyd murder?

Moving pick, man. You can see how the cop rocks backward on his heels to create the contact.

That takedown of Owens argument that other ethnicities don't hold up criminals was spectacular.

    Kudos.

This whole thing is based the autopsy report from the coroner who has all ready changed his report.

And to claim those 6 things as facts are dubious at best.

Here is another take by an actual medical professional.

    https://www.medpagetoday.com/blogs/working-stiff/86913

The district attorney's charging documents in the case stated, "The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," and that "Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions, and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death." In contrast, the medical examiner's first press release stated that "the cause and manner of death is currently pending further testing."

    Why the difference?

Charging documents are usually written by attorneys based on information obtained from police officers and a representative of the medical examiner's office. They should not be interpreted as the definitive result of the autopsy, and they are frequently inaccurate. The headlines that suggested that asphyxia had been ruled out by the medical examiner were wrong.

So were the ones that said that Michael Baden, MD, did an "independent autopsy." Baden is a retained expert and is being paid for his services by Floyd's family. He is not independent. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner, which is paid by taxpayer money, is the only independent agency here. They did the first, legally-mandated autopsy, and collected the evidence. The medical examiner's office is not an arm of law enforcement. If a retained expert finds something at autopsy that is not favorable to the client's legal case, the client doesn't have to disclose that expert at all. Everything the medical examiner does and all the evidence they collect is a public record. None of their findings, no matter what they reveal, can be suppressed.

Those are certainly points for the defense and the restraint technique alone isn't enough to justify a murder charge. The key here is how long the technique was put on especially that from the video it looks like Floyd is unconscious for what looks like more than 2 minutes (quite possibly died sometime during that) yet Chauvin keeps the technique on and it is only the intervention of LEO Thomas that they even bother to check his vitals. That is extremely excessive to continue a technique when the subject is in no position to resist and is showing now resistance or even consciousness.

As someone who has both been passed out and also passed other people out from similar techniques we release them as soon as we're aware that our opponent is unconscious. Continuing to cut off the blood flow to the brain or other severe physical stress is very dangerous.

I thought jail would be rough on Chauvin. I apparently thought wrong.

3 North Carolina police officers fired over racist rants

Three members of a North Carolina police department have been fired after a department audit of a video recording captured one of the officers saying a civil war was necessary to wipe Black people off the map and that he was ready.

The Wilmington Police Department took the action on Tuesday against Cpl. Jessie Moore, and officers Kevin Piner and Brian Gilmore. Each was accused of violating standards of conduct, criticism and use of inappropriate jokes and slurs. After conferring with the city council, Wilmington City Manager Sterling Cheatham cleared Police Chief Donny Williams to release the details.

According to documents released by the police department, a sergeant was conducting a video audit as part of a monthly inspection and was reviewing footage from Piner’s car that had been classified as “accidental activation.” After the sergeant listened to the conversation and determined comments made by Piner and Moore were “extremely racist,” she contacted the department administrator for the camera system.

At the 46-minute mark of the video, Piner and Gilmore began talking from their respective cars, at which time Piner criticized the department, saying its only concern was “kneeling down with the black folks.” About 30 minutes later, Piner received a phone call from Moore, according to the investigation, a segment in which Moore referred to a Black female as a “negro.” He also referred to the woman by using a racial slur. He repeated the use of the slur in describing a Black magistrate, and Moore used a gay slur to describe the magistrate as well.

Later, according to the investigation, Piner told Moore that he feels a civil war is coming and that he is ready. Piner said he was going to buy a new assault rifle, and soon “we are just going to go out and start slaughtering them (expletive)” Blacks. “I can’t wait. God, I can’t wait.” Moore responded that he wouldn’t do that.

Piner then told Moore that he felt a civil war was needed to “wipe them off the (expletive) map. That’ll put them back about four or five generations.” Moore told Piner he was “crazy,” and the recording stopped a short time later.

According to police, the officers admitted it was their voices on the video and didn’t deny any of the content. While the officers denied that they were racists, they blamed their comments on the stress on law enforcement in light of the protests over the death of George Floyd.

In addition to being fired, cases involving the Wilmington officers will be reviewed by the district attorney’s office to determine if they committed any crimes or showed bias toward criminal defendants. Williams said he will recommend the three officers not be rehired by notifying the N.C. Criminal Justice Training and Standards Commission about their behavior.

Interesting podcast that discusses a case that set a precedent for police standards set by USSC that is used today to determine criminal charges against an officer that uses excessive force. It also covers what may be done to hold law enforcement more accountable using the same USSC ruling. Also opinions from experts that believe the primary officer that killed Floyd isn't likely to get off his charges using this prior court ruling.
