    [TS%]

True Shooting Percentage; the formula is PTS / (2 * TSA).
True shooting percentage is a measure of shooting efficiency that takes into account field goals, 3-point field goals, and free throws.

    [Usg%]

Usage Percentage (available since the 1977-78 season in the NBA); the formula is 100 * ((FGA + 0.44 * FTA + TOV) * (Tm MP / 5)) / (MP * (Tm FGA + 0.44 * Tm FTA + Tm TOV)).
Usage percentage is an estimate of the percentage of team plays used by a player while he was on the floor.

"Game, Action, & Roster Moves" subforum
This is the "NBA Dish" subforum - and honestly the graph probably should have been posted in here as well, but it did have Harden in it, so it was garm relative.

    Durant and LeBron stand out.

    Curry looks good.

    LOL at Carmelo and Westbrick.

    Game Action & Roster Moves.

It's the other forum, the Rockets-based one.

NBA Dish is this current forum.

D&D (Debate and Discussion) is the forum where Republicans and Democrats go to insult each other.

    And so on.

this metric has nothing to do with defense....so no, harden is not the 3rd best player in the league.

also if he usage % was as high as melo..i'm sure his efg would go down.

I think you could say that about any player, higher usage would yield a lower eFG. Melo dictates usage on his team by never passing the ball. The guy is an offensive black hole. At least with Harden, he creates plays and moves the ball around. I agree, Harden isn't the 3rd best player in the league but he is getting up their.

Offensively...but people don't want to listen.

Top 5 offensive player for sure. The numbers say so too and if you watch the guy it's pretty clear he's on that 1st tier of offensive players.

It pretty much says when he's on he can't be stopped. That's true.

I downloaded the Rockets @ Knicks game and it was just hilarious. Knicks couldn't do anything to stop him. The 1st half of that game was literally a lay up drill for Harden. I have to go back home and finish watching it. If you want a good laugh I suggest downloading it, its on itunes for 2.99 in HD.
