Funny reading how great our lineup is all of a sudden after a year's worth of talking about how bad the rest of the team is when trying to lobby for Harden for MVP.
He's not really wrong. We just have to hope we have a good counter. That said, I don't think this board has a ton of confidence in McHale to counter move.
ok, mchale proved me wrong tonight. also, randy wittman might just be the worst head coach in the nba: http://gfycat.com/TeemingEnragedHen
http://grantland.com/the-triangle/nba-shootaround-opening-prayer/ "I don’t pretend to know sign language, but I’m pretty sure this roughly translates to “Please, Mark. Give me more reasons to want to torch your team. I’m seriously begging you.”"
If u think our coach is the worst, you're probably wrong about a lot of things when it comes to basketball.
there are plenty of worse coaches. almost all of them are not in the playoffs. a significant number of them have "scott" in their names too.
This board isn't exactly the greatest collection of ball minds ever assembled. You have posters who are clearly a cut above the rest but you also have old dudes and random people who know nothing about stats yet act like they're the smartest **** ever. Majority of the posters who wanted Morey and McHale gone at the start of the season were predicting the Rox would be fighting for the 8th seed and Dallas would be a contender. Fast forward to the present day and instead of drinking some shut up juice these yokels are acting like they knew the Rox were gonna be a 2nd seed all along and are still bashing McHale for being a dunce when they were the guys who were wrong about everything. If you watched the game and understood what was going on you'd actually see McHale and the coaching staff do counter moves, Dallas tried to hide Dirk defensively and Rox targeted him on PNRs. Dallas tried hacking and the Rox responded by hacking Rondo. Dallas tried to run their sets and the Rox were all over 'em, Ariza locked down Monte all game long and they disrupted almost every play Dallas tried to run. Dallas also clearly didn't expect monster Dwight and forgot how to score with him manning the middle. Looking back it was pretty clear rather than Mchail it was Carlisle who couldn't adjust in time, and he paid for it with a loss.
