Zach Lowe is a talented and detail-oriented writer. I respect that he tries to touch on less-covered subjects. However, sometimes it is hard to justify spending a half-hour reading about Jared Dudley.

 

Yeah that article isn't really anti-Harden, because who cares if you're considered the villain as long as you're winning.

But that quote about Howard.

Ouch.

The appeal of Grantland is that the writers have much more freedom in terms of their columns. They don't necessarily need to meet a certain click/view quota and it shows in their work.

Lowe has a tendency to highlight less-appreciated stories; nothing wrong with that
