I think these interviews might be worth posting and collecting in one thread. Some interesting information, of course some parts that are not that special, but overall pretty good... hears (equal to "good read", can you say that?). Well, I'll just go with "pretty good podcasts".

"Dominique Wilkins is still looking good these days, you guys"
It's a bit ironical that Bill Simmons says that not including Wilkins in the list of the "NBA's 50 Greatest Players" was one of the all-time injustices in dumb list history when he has him ranked at 55 in his own HOF pyramid...

Usually I like to keep the opening post up-to-date when new content is produced, but as I don't have the rights yet, I won't be able to do that here, sorry for that.

 

That's right, there are 9 players in Simmons' list from those years. Without them, he would be at 46.
Still, it's a bit strange that he calls it one of the all-time injustices while he has him at 46 then. Of course he said it because he was talking to Wilkins, you don't want to make your interview partner angry by telling him he's pretty low in your list too^^
