Lillard doesn't even really run the Blazers offense. He's a combo guard really with a great 3pt shot and that's it. Dragic runs the Suns offense while putting up better stats and playing much better defense. He's also a good 3 pt shooter himself and better finisher around the rim. His court vision and passing also definitely superior.
First off, if there were such a thing as watching too much basketball, Bill Simmons would be living it. I love Simmons because we always hear former players and coaches along with reporters talk about basketball on tv. Simmons is the only one to talk from a fan's point of view. If Simmons has a flaw, it's that sometimes he would rather go for the funny line than the true analysis. Simmons will forever be one of my favorites after he stole the show at the draft this year.

I like what they say about how any guy on our team is capable of going off and getting us the W. The Harden goes for 45 game. The Parsons hits 7 three's game. The Dwight Howard Orlando-form game. The Who The Hell is Terrence Jones? game. And they even forgot one that I think could definitely happen: The Linsanity game.
Yeah, Dragic is way better. Lillard got really overrated because he surprised so many people last season. Man, this video made me really nostalgic for Gogi/Lowry. I love Lin, but I do kinda wish we had just given Dragic his contract (player option and all) in retrospect. I said at the time letting him go was a mistake and he was going to evolve into a star player, and whaddya know, he's a star player. Put Dragic in as a starter and Beverley off the bench and this team is unstoppable on both ends. The only major weak spot defensively is Harden, and Dragic can cover for that a lot better than Lin can.
