    Yet immediately after the rockets' one line, they gush about the mavericks' offense...the same one that got shut down by the Rockets' D and has struggled against actual playoff-caliber teams. The Grantland writers really are hit or miss.

    I'd just call them the team with the highest ceiling. Whether it pans out this year or not remains to be seen.

    I just read his writings on Grantland and this summer was the Summer of Love for all things Parsons with him at times.

    What is so incredible about the Mavs offense that they g wet shut down by every team that actually plays defense? They really don't belong in the discussion for padding their stats against crappie teams.

    Wow. All of last season, I never, ever, ever thought that the Rockets would be mentioned in the same breath as "Incredible Defense". They have Memphis on that same map, but they say Incredible Defense about us, not Memphis??

    That's crazy! It is still early in the season, but think about that. We have completely changed the perception of our team and the identity of our team in just one offseason!

    I don't disagree. To me, those games just indicate that there are still major flaws that should be focuses for the team.
