Zach Lowe was a great pick-up for Grantland. Some of the best basketball writing around. He has a firm grasp of the broader perspective.

On going discussions of small ball and offensive rebounds plus an interesting look at mid-range game.

    Yep

Gotta have a top ten player and how many of those guys "want" to play in Houston? None, not when they can live in NY, LA, or Miami. Are you paying attention Les?

Good read. Grantland has become one of my favorite basketball sites.

I wouldn't be surprised if Asik is top 10 in rebounding and defense.

Dhoward was willing to go to dallas. I am sure OKC has no trouble in keeping talent. Players want to win.

LA has 3 of the best mid range shooters in the game, Kobe/Pao/Nash.

I'm with you on that... and if he can do that, the Rockets have at least one solid foundation piece.

With all of the bricks we'll be throwing up this season, 10 shouldn't be that hard for Asik.

Says the dude who has been b****ing more than any other about the guy who everyone proclaimed would be a top 10 draft pick if it wasn't for his mental issues.
