I've seen Granger play a lot this year.

His defense has went up, he is actually playing really good defense at the SF position.

Versatile, can play SF/PF and also SG.

His shooting has went down but he is playing in a poor system.

I think he will succeed if we got him here.

Not if we give up Martin or Williams.

    Defense went up this season.

He likes moving around screens and shooting.

We should get him, he will fit in perfectly.

Granger is so overrated on this board. People compare him to Tmac but he is not. He can't score as effortlessly and he can't pass. He's also an overrated defender. He's available for a reason.

Man, if Morey pulls off a miracle and gets Granger and Hibbert, or hell even Jeff Foster, that be great.

I'd give up Martin for him. Granger can actually create his own shot.

Granger can play both ends of the floor. I'd move anyone we have for him.

Yao, Bud and Hill for Granger, Jones and Hibbert. Maybe the lur of Yao's contract would convince them to le go of Hibbet.

Who compared him to Tmac??? LOL

Anyways, Granger is not a great/good passer.

    Average at best.

His shot is pretty good and he can run off screens, plays solid defense.

Can create sometimes, but can be reckless.

They aren't letting go of Hibbert, big men are to valuable. Yao, Bud, Hill and the 2012 pick for Granger and Posey might work. Saves them cash right away and long term while netting some quality prospects.

Let's hope DM gets this done asap. We need some firepower this month or this season will be a lost cause very soon.

Oh plz. i'm high on Williams, but he is not untouchable. Not when it comes to proven superstars like Granger.

Less than ten minutes of playing times, and now Williams is untouchable

Indiana love athletic white player, so throw in CBud, Williams, Brooks, Either Pat or HIll and a draft pick pick

This deal still would not solve our problems on the front line. We still would not have a Center.

Even if you add a top 5 NBA player on this team as is, and without a TRUE CENTER, this team would continue to struggle defensively.

You need a big man to clog the paint, rebound, and change/block shots,

If they move him they will try to unload one of their garbage contracts with him. They would love to have the Yao contract because Indiana is hurting financially and they don't want to take on any salary. I think Bud, Patterson or Hill, and Yao would get it done and then we would have to take back one of their garbage contracts like Posey. I would absolutely do it, especially if we could get Hibbert in any way.
