Half the posts on the first page of this thread were written by the thread starter. Many of them are gratuitously back-to-back.

The tactic is obvious. You keep posting in your own thread in order to keep pushing it back to the top. It's selfish and inconsiderate.

Here's a solution: We lock your thread for a while and let it sink down to where it would have gone if you hadn't been constantly promoting it.

Anyone else who wants to try this tactic, think again.

    Horrible trade idea.

That is, unless you want to trade away our best player, the heart and soul of the team, for a guy that hasn't proved as much and is suspended. Not the best way to establish the team as a conference powerhouse.

Why make such a radical &, imo, ridiculous trade, when all this team needs is a Marc Jackson/Raef LaFrentz type center? Rudy wanted a team that attacked the zone & that's what he & CD have put together. The tempo of the team always picks up when Willis comes into the game & Cato sits down.

We're set at the guard positions with Francis/Mobley/Moochie/Torres.

We're set at the forward positions with Taylor/KT/Griffin/Rice/T-Mo/Langhi. The SF & PF positions just need some seasoning & time to play togther.

The center position is our weakest link right now & has Willis/Cato/Collier. Willis, is tailor made for this offense & I'm hoping that Collier will turn into a LaFrentz type player with his outside shooting ability, but the jury is still out on him. Willis won't play more than another 2-3 years (according to him). Griffin has been mentioned as our future center & if he continues to grow in the next two years, with his talent & athleticism, we may have our future center on the roster right now. This roster is real young & deep in exceptional talent. With the exception of Walt/Willis/Rice, no one on this team has even been in the league more than 4 years. We just need to be patient & let these guys gel together, rather than make a foolish trade that would gut the team & destroy the chemistry.

However, I'd still like to see us move Cato out. :D
