Looks like you are focusing on the trees, and not the forest.

I'm pretty sure that my overall stance is accurate. The executive branch considers public input when creating regulations, and officials can be voted out if the public disagrees with their policies. In contrast, the Court only receives input from well-funded organizations through lawyers and is not subject to being voted out.

If the Court has ruled against what you wanted, you don't have much of a choice.

no, pretty sure the Supreme Court does not "regulate" or make "regulatory decisions."

Chevron. The Reagan EPA interpreted the Clean Air Act to ease regulations on emissions. Forty years ago, the Court ruled that agencies are best suited to make these decisions. That has now been overturned. The Court will decide if, for example, regulations should be eased, maintained, or created. They have effectively taken over the power to make regulatory decisions in areas of law that are ambiguous, which, by nature, always have some ambiguity.

    100 %

You can literally sense their hate and anger and how much they wish they had a button to prevent those who disagree with them from speaking.

Anyone who disagrees with them, they tell to "get help", they call them "dipshit morons" and "bigots", they call me a Nazi, call my ancestors Nazis, etc. etc. etc.

But they think they are the virtuous ones.
