You write insurance policy verbiage? Doesn't it take a logical person to do that kind of work? You strike me as an emotional wreck most days. If I didn't know better, I'd think you were a woman, but that's just me.
I was going west on Hwy6 at around 60mph minding my own business. He was pulling up at maybe no more than 5mph trying to turn east onto Hwy6. The dumb ass ****ing wetback b**** apparently didn't see a monster truck coming his way.
I draft contracts, policies and other documents for corporations and some insurance companies. In fairness to "Wagon" I have not drafted every policy for every insurance company. Contract construction makes up about 25% of my firms business. I am about to show the legal world I am on Kevin Durant's world. I still cannot get over you being a real person.
Ain't that the truth. I wasn't hurt badly enough in my car wreck (the woman on her cellphone coulda killed me and my wife) for lawyers to ambulance-chase my case. Currently waiting for small claims court date.
i have 2 friends who got into accidents. basically mexicans without license hit them and they got away with it.. what's the deal with these mexicans?!?
I remember awhile back, I was driving on the highway and the lane to my right was full of traffic. I'm going speed limit and all of a sudden, BAM, I'm like WTF? This woman for some dumb reason thought she could pull out of her lane (right side, stop and go traffic) and hit the middle of my passenger side. She followed me to a exit and first thing she did was blame me for hitting her. I asked her, how did I hit you when I was going straight?? Followed by profanities for 2 minutes. After I calmed down, I looked at the damage and it didn't look that bad. I was in a rush, so I left w/o a police report instead of trying to manipulate her into giving me some form of payment for the damages she caused. One thing I noticed is no matter what happens, when you get into a car accident, the other person will always blame you even if they're in the wrong.
The other guy had nothing to say when i confronted him. My sister says she eard him say "I need better glasses" HAHA really? ?
Dam bro, going hard on your people. I was hit head on by a drunk driver going down wrong side of freeway. I'll leave the ethnicity up to the imigination. Bad accidents suck for whoever is involved. Glad to hear your ok. Don't sweat the material stuff, you could be laid up in the hospital.
Cause most of my countrymen have no license or insurance. This pendejo had no license but luckily, the truck he was driving was insured under someone else's name.
Good luck man. Better be talking to your insurance company. I just went through this very issue with a lady who was 100% at fault who had a really bunk non-standard Fred Loya type policy/company called ACCC. I had to file the claim through my insurance and they're still fighting 10.5 months later with that company. Still out my deductible.
Most? lol im pretty sure its a smaller percentage of your countrymen and not most. Our resident Mexican, Swoly, can come with more clarity on this issue. Maybe you are right...

I was wondering about this I figured if he had 'shi**y' insurance the chances of replacement would be lower The Crappy companies seems to try and weasel out of things more often . . .or at least try Rocket River
One More thing . . .if he is illegal . . .. how was he not arrested? Or is that just an Assumption? Rocket River
