vj: Try to find "Getting Stronger" by Bill Pearl. It is a great book that has all kinds of exercises for different muscle groups. Regular crunches, leg raises off a Roman chair, and variations of sit-ups would probably be some good ab exercises although not sure about obliques. Triceps exercises include close-grip bench press, triceps pull-down, and skullbusters. Without a doubt, close-grip bench press has done amazing things for not only my triceps but for my regular bench press as well. Leg exercises would be off machines but calf raises and extensions to work the hamstring/quad would be good ones. If you can find the book, you will see these and more.
Manny, that's a great book! I loaned my copy to my dad last year (and have yet to get it back). He finally decided, at age 55, to get in shape. After a year of working out, he's in great shape and says he feels better than he did when he was 18. Pearl's book was very helpful to him.
