MGortat Leaving to NYC tomorrow and after soccer game leaving to houston to work with THE DREAM. looking forward to learn something new. http://twitter.com/MGortat
Why doesn't he work with Jordan Hill or Thabeet? Serious. The Rockets need to tell those young guys to call him, especially Patterson.
Would be awesome if PatPat worked with him. PatPat already has the mid-range game and defense, he just needs the low post game.
Because Hill and Thabeet aren't interested in becoming dominant players enough to sacrifice their offseason to improve. Thabeet, as far as I can tell, is back in his homeland screwing around. And Hill doesn't seem to be anywhere to be found. He's not in Houston working out. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't apply yourself and WORK, you won't amount to much in the NBA. Thabeet and Hill are satisified with mediocrity just as long as it gets them a fat check. Sad.
No hope for Hill. He is what he is. It would be a wasted onth of Dream's life he could never get back and he knows it.
Did yao not ever work out with Dream??? Or is Yao just too damn slow that he could never absorb what Dream taught him?
Yao worked with Hakeem on more than one occasion. Yao is just a different player with a different skillset.
Still don't understand why everyone wants to workout with Hakeem, only to go back to their sucky selfs once the season starts again.
haha no joke. you can't change your skillset once you are ine nba. i believe that kobe actually utilized what he was taught for his footwork for turnarounds or whatever, but none of these guys take anything away from it except for a cool story. dwight howard is only marginally more of an offensive threat that he was his first couple years, and it certainly isnt a result of a couple 2-hour sessions with dream. greatness just doesn't transfer over like that.
