Why do you keep reading stuff that proves to be patently false over and over again?

And why would you continue to post stuff here and argue it only to realize it is false again?

They might as well be made up by you because you keep posting them.

 

So why would they present this affidavit if it was not the best they have?

But Trump has had his chance to present his case and has tried over and over and failed. Do you know when they go to court they aren't even making the claims they are in the press? Because they know their public claims are totally made up and can't be done in court.

They have no evidence, they tried to make their case, and have given up on the courts even withdrawing their cases. So what do you even mean that Trump should have the chance to make his case when he no longer even is trying to?

Right now, Trump is trying to convince state legislators to overturn the election - do you think that is right?

Funny story. I once gave a talk in Singapore and they listed me as from the University of Michigan instead of Minnesota.

 

Nothing is stopping the Trump team from presenting their case. They can take all of their evidence and make it public, right now. If they choose not to present their evidence to the public after all of this, that means they have nothing. I don't want to hear about them not being "allowed" to present their case.

The worry should be that the "truth" -- which almost certainly is that the majority of Americans did not want Trump and that led to him losing the election -- is obscured by his antics and 1/3rd of the country wrongly believes our electoral system is a total sham. Where does that possibility register on your list of concerns, because honestly it should be at the top of the list.

Pretty embarrassing to watch. I actually feel for his more progressive daughter. Nobody wants to see their father making an azz of himself on national TV.

Yeah, just the desperation that COVID has put into these public officials... and the extent to which POTUS does not GAF about any American but himself. Never more glaring that the last few weeks, and it was glaring before that.

 

Trump must have been livid after the meeting, seething on the inside hearing those MI leaders not only say there's no evidence of fraud and they aren't changing the votes, but reminding him that COVID is a serious issue.

I am still waiting for any evidence of coordinated wide spread voter fraud across ten states by the democrats as claimed by Donald Trump’s head attorney.

Any evidence at all... even the Trump attorney’s in state court under threat of bar discipline have stated they are aware of none at all.

There is a very strong track record now established of the President repeatedly lying, or his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani lying and failing to produce what he claimed to be evidence. He lied about dead people voting. He claimed evidence even before the election with Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Now Giuliani is so insane that Trump has turned to a new head attorney that made the rounds on right wing television with unchecked and unsubstantiated claims of voter machine fraud and the “evidence” is information from a different state being passed off as from Michigan. That is grounds for Bar reprimand if not expulsion.

We live in a current situation where the President without consequence can risk democracy and the safety and prosperity of 300 million Americans simply by claiming something with zero evidence and zero reason to believe it is true... the standard has now, according to a select group of weirdos is “is it possible”... that isn’t the appropriate standard to hijack the country. There is even a poster claiming there is a 1:450 chance it happened...

The legal system requires evidence... there is no evidence and that is why the cases are being thrown out left and right. Deference is being given because it is the office of the President, but if it were anyone else punitive damages would be taxed on the President for filing the suits and a civil suit would likely be filed and successful against the President.

The level of brain wash it takes to still believe that the election was compromised and Trump won the election, by November 20th is breathtaking. Anyone seriously believing that the President or his insane legal counsel after all that has come out are delusional.

 

@dachuda86 ESQ can you show us an affidavitz which has the strongest evidence of massive voter farud which will overturn the results???
