    Why, though? Do you have a better source of information?

    Have their estimates been way off in the past? (the Obamacare stuff is nonsense because the bill that was scored was not the bill that was implemented due to Supreme Court changes)

    Quick Google search says there are about 3.1 milllion teachers
    If that 250 equals 2$ per teacher then 6.2 million more to the public coffers
    which means more or less they can give someone else 6.2 million dollars in tax breaks
