Similarly, I have also concluded that the Rockets have not won the championship.

I think the reason they did this and did it now is obvious.

They know that something bad is going to come out of the Mueller probe. They know that Trump will have to sell the FoxNews watchers that what Mueller found is only one vantage point.

They know that Trump will need a leg to stand on as a counter argument against Mueller’s findings. The GOP leadership under Ryan are throwing Trump a bone to be able to survive politically through even an impeachment. If Trump can keep his 35% even after indictments and referrals for impeachment, Trump can stand a chance to stay in power.

Trump will convince FoxNews viewers in a few months that they can CHOOSE to believe which ever set of facts they want to and I’m pretty sure that 35% that miraculously isn’t yet appalled by Trump will choose to stay in their alternate reality.

    ...

Also sounds like Burr on the Senate side is ready to give Trump his second political football with a “no collusion” report from the Senate GOP. That will be 2 investigations that Trump can use politically.

Just a completely brazen party of traitors we have in power currently. We are watching one of the two major poltical parties completely try and destroy our democracy one day at a time. Would be one thing if this was done for Ronald Reagan but it still baffles me that they are willing to write themselves in the history books as the group that sold our country down the river .... FOR THE DONALD.

Just wait till they help Trump and Putin throw elections in the near future as well. We know that is coming. They have already telegraphed it. The Republican Party is the party of treasonous pigs until someone takes back control of that party to restore order.

Yes You people are ALL right! The entire Republican party is backing someone who colluded with Russia
and stole the election from Hillary Clinton!?

The CONSPIRACY now has the Republicans and its all a big scandal and only the left wing media and
democrats that have no emotional issues but are just factually following the logical leads and only want
noble justice. There is no animosity that the left wing media and liberals have that could skew their
    perspectives on Trump!

You people are all nuts and this whole time period with Trump will go down as the McCarthyism by the
    fascist nature of today's liberals.

Trump derangement syndrome has made you all go cookoo.

I understand you want him out and that he is such an affront to your sensibilities that you want him out by
any means necessary so are perpetuating this ridiculous, disgusting hoax.

Incredible. Simply incredible. The usual fools will be carrying on about how "significant" this is, when the dereliction of duty by the Republican Party in Congress, not to mention trump, borders on treason. I think it highly likely that trump did knowingly accept help during the 2016 election from the Russians. That doesn't surprise me. That's the kind of soulless b*stard trump is. What I find astonishing are the actions, and inactions, of the Republican majority. What happened to the Republican Party that stood up to Nixon? That was a party I often didn't agree with, but they were clearly patriotic Americans, unlike the sub-humans that party has sitting in Congress today. They are complicit with an assault on our democracy.

    Delusional post.

Tons of Reagan Republicans are following the facts and are horrified. Are George Will, et alia, now "democrats"? No, just Americans.

Good try to play the liberal guilt card.

The time for measured careful responses to what the other side is doing (and what their voters are sleep walking to) is over. This is too important to continue to be polite over. We are going to call it like it is.

Trump is a Putin stooge. If you can’t see that you are an idiot.

The GOP leadership is actively helping Trump cover up the Russia investigations. If you can’t see that you are an idiot.

Russia is our enemy. Forget just the fact that they attacked our election. They have attacked US soldiers just days ago in Syria, and just today our #1 NATO Allie singled out Russia for carrying out murder in their country and our calling on article 5 support from the US.

If the GOP continues what they are doing yes... it’s treason. If Trump is going to continue to be derelict in his duties then he’s working against the US and for Putin. Forget what he did or didn’t do in 2016. What he’s done in 2017 and 2018 speaks greater volumes. I’m sick of not calling out what is a basic fact. An enemy is attacking us and our allies and the GOP leadership under Trump are actively trying to undermine any attempt to protect our country from an enemy.

It’s that simple and we shouldn’t be bullied into continuing to be polite about this subject anymore.

The GOP leadership and Trump at this point deserve it. They are F-ing Traitors selling out this country.

I just had this conversation on Sunday. The Methodists and regular folk are owning up to their mistake. They just shake their head and say, yep, I did. I've got 'em almost close enough to say "bless his heart".

    “Collusion”...that’s a joke right?

For the weeks leading up to the release of the Don Jr. Trump Tower meeting emails you had Trump surrogates saying that “Collusion is not a crime” because even they knew that they couldn’t defend what they did in terms of colluding or seeking help from Russians to win the election.

Hell... look no further than Trump on live TV saying “Russia... if your listening ... I hope you can find the missing 30,000 emails”.

It’s just that folks really in the end didn’t care if they colluded with the Russians out there in the open even to seek help winning because they wanted him to win to beat Hillary and they just didn’t give a sh$& because winning is better than being a patriotic American to many in this country.

What concerte evidence do we have of “Conspiracy To Commit Crimes Against the US”-

That’s the question legally that is now being asked in the Mueller probe. That’s a very low bar that we have set now, and the term “Collusion” is basically just a moving target where you can interpret it to be whatever you want it to be.

But yes... by definition, it’s a fact that at some level the Trump campaign “Colluded” with Russians to help win the election even if Devin Nunes wants to release a statement that says the Earth is flat.

We are beyond this “Collusion” argument though because 40% of Americans don’t care. It’s all about the crimes now that Mueller will or won’t indict for and how much Crime the American people will put up with to allow criminals to stay in power.

Wow, I guess Nunes and *some* of the republicans that pushed out the sham House "Intelligence" report not only ignored Democrats with their alibi conclusions but also fellow republicans HIC members that believed there was collusion...

House Intel Republican contradicts panel, says Russia tried to help Trump in 2016
