Usually if you call them they will refund you the difference. Just threaten to return it as soon as you recieve it if they don't agree (it probably won't come down to that).
Is this a promo price or will it go up again? I have a Windows 8 phone, but I ain't got time for that.

I was almost about to buy this but then noticed the lack of LTE on this thing. I think I'll wait around for Black Friday.
It does have LTE (didn't officially went to the FCC before launch) but you need to turn it on by rooting the device.

Bought one after selling my gnex last night. I thought I would wait for nexus 4.2 or 5 but at this price it was a no brainer considering I sold the gnex for $200. There are some really dumb people out there.
