Decided I'm gonna go ahead and get the 6P. I like my Nexus 6, but I can't stand the battery life. I don't like that it doesn't have OIS or Wireless charging, but I don't take too many pictures anyway so OIS won't bother me too much.
Why not wait and see if Marshmallow can deliver on the improved battery life for the Nexus 6. They claim 30% better battery life for the Nexus 6 once it gets M. I'm with you on getting the 6P. I'm surprised they kept the "always listening" feature. I was pretty sure they would ditch it after changing from Moto to Huawei. That one feature alone makes me want the 6P even more. If digital stabilization is anything like the moto X pure, then it's very solid compared to a physical OIS on phones like the OP2. I'm actually surprised the phones aren't sold out yet on the google store. I guess Google finally got it right. Getting a new chromecast for sure. I'm hoping the improved wifi will help streaming from PLEX in my congested complex.
ordered the 32GB 6P along with my coral Chromecast can't wait I loved my Moto X 2014 but in the past month, the wifi/bluetooth radios have been inconsistent. I've had the Galaxy Nexus, 4, 5, skipped the 6 since the price was ridiculous. I do give the new Moto x 2015 props that it has a front facing camera flash, that's badass for the current selfie world we live in
Yeah, I mean I also want to try out the 6P. Worst case scenario, I return it if I don't like it and Marshmallow does indeed make battery life better on the Nexus 6. I'm also in line for the new Chromecast for that reason. I love using Chromecast for Plex, but 5GHz alone is worth the extra $35.
Really? Pure Android, first to get Google's 6.0 Android Marshmallow, being a Nexus device you're always the first to get the latest updates (just to name a few). Time to return that Moto X
Fingerprint sensor? Disappointed that it doesn't have wireless charging though. I really liked that feature on my Nexus 4 and Nexus 7.
The camera should be better in low light. The moto x is awesome in daylight but horrible when the light gets low.
Nexus 6P: 3450mAh battery, high-end screen, fingerprint scanner, front-facing speakers, larger standard storage, usb-c connector
