    It's a pretty stupid practice to be honest. You're only tricking the really stupid people...

    $3.99 + tax is apparantly a huge difference from $4.00 flat.

    I've done some work in a flea market once and someone actually agreed to pay like 50.99 + tax rather than agree to 51 flat. Their loss...

    I'd be up for getting rid of pennies and nickels too.

    I hate pulling out a stack of bills from my wallet to find that they only add up to $20 or so. Ugh.

    Yeah, I wouldn't mind the coins, but what about hard working ladies trying to work their way through school?

    When I was in Calgary, they have $1 candian coins but you had to toss it to the stage where they danced...loses its appeal doing that...
