you guys this is a coded post duh!

obviously the rockets are trying trading Dorsey to detroit so he can "spend his first 4 winters in michigan" for someone in return probably a more vet big man?

but he doesnt have a jacket meaning it seems like the rockets do not have a expendable contract that can cover the rest of the incoming player's deal.

wrong forum it is not obviously! ;)

Canada Goose is like the Canadian version of North Face...and Canadians know there winters better than anyone else. I've worn my Canada Goose in -5 F (windchills of -25 F) and it did its job.

I agree with all this, especially the hood. You have to have one. Better start shopping for a good pair of snow boots, also. Don't scrimp there, either.

Can't really go wrong with a down jacket made by one of the outdoor perfromance companies like patagonia, north face, mountain hardwear, marmot etc. They are essentially a Costanza jacket but will keep you warm on the coldest days. The higher the down fill number the warmer it should be. Hoods are useful but its not too much trouble to carry around a beanie.

    Here are some:

    http://search.backcountryoutlet.com...s+Down+Jackets&u1=q&u2=t1&u3=t2&u4=t3&x=0&y=0

Also check for sales on reioutlet.com and http://www.altrecoutlet.com/.

For the not so freezing days a windstopper fleece or softshell works well.

i've got a bevy of patagonia fleeces that always treat me well... granted i dont have anything quite that heavy, but i'd assume their heavier stuff would hold up well. same with mountain hardware, marmot, arctyrex, cloudveil, etc.

they're not going to be cheap, though.

Those motorcycle jackets the cavemen wear in the Geico commercial are pretty sweeeet. You know the ones.
