Would you play gay party games if you were in a hospital(possibly dying of cancer) and the hospital was not allowed to provide you with COD or GTA?

If I was a preteen in a hospital I would definitely try to get my friends to sneak in the games that are actually good and cool.

Most of these game are actually good. I enjoy COD/Halo, but I also enjoy a number of other games, and did so as a teenager.

Honestly, every kid plays Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty. Those are pretty much all I played when I was growing up

There is a whole genre of games made from movies though many are pretty cheezy, some of the ones my son likes:

    Where the Wild Things Are
    Cars
    Bee Movie
    Over the Hedge
    etc

My son played the crap out of Cars and Over the Hedge.

You are the first to mention NHL, but sports games have been mentioned multiple times.

Scribo, I'm not sure how long your mom has been on the job, but I had surgery there in 1998. I was scared, as it was a pretty big surgery (5 and a half hours and included an overnight stay) and my first surgery, and I didn't know what to expect.

I got to go to a sweet room (I'm pretty sure what you're talking about), and I got to play a nintendo 64. This was right when it first came out. I think the only games for it at the time were Wave Race and Mario 64. I got to play those games by myself for about an hour. Then, a couple people came in and got me in a wagon, and wheeled me into the OR. I felt like a king. It made me feel great.

Seriously, I have nothing to say about the people there, but great things. From the doctors on down, they all treated me great. As a member of the healthcare field now, their patient care was exceptional from what a remember, and actually, part of the reason I went into what I went into.

Tell your mom thank you. She does a great job(I'm not sure if she was there when I was, as I was there almost fifteen years ago, but I'm sure she is great at her job).

You're actually doing them a disservice not letting them play games from the 80's; most of which are for all ages.

My brother just got a custom-made coin-op with 7,000 games on it, and the kids always go back to the basics. (His kids are between 10-2, btw)
