Things are much better than they were 50 or 60 or 70 years ago. Just turn off your TV for a while and stop freaking out. Perception is not reality, you'll be just fine.
You know what? I agree....People have been crappy to each other for centuries....it is only in this age of media that we find out just how crappy we are too each other. It is like turning on a light and watching the cockroaches scatter....the first step to eliminating this crapiness is to turn on that media light.... Then maybe we can be nicer to each other, regardless of faith, and people can talk about great things that HUMANITY has done, not just individual groups of people. DD
