Good Steak Knives?

I don't need a good steak knife. I just ask my mom to come over and she cuts it into little pieces for me.

Either that or you've got psychiatric issues.

 

My main cooking knives are Miyabi. They are superb. I thinly sliced my thumb nail off with my onions a couple of days ago. I do not have their steak knives, however.

 

It took you ten months to come to that conclusion?

did you get any knives? we've had a set of Henkel knives we got for our wedding, thirty years later they're still in great shape, easy to sharpen, don't break the bank. fwiw
