I bought some couches from the Exclusive Furniture outlet off 59 in (or near) Humble. I didn't pay much, but the quality of the "leather" is ****. Just over a year old and it looks like crap. It's still pretty comfortable! So that's good. But the "leather" is coming apart and it looks bad. I regret going cheap.
