Is the CP3 Westbrook trade good or bad? Only a NBA title will determine that. If the Rockets win a championship, no one will care about any of those draft picks. Fans in Canada are bummed out about Kahwi leaving but because they have a chip...they are feeling alright. After the Rockets won their titles in the mid 90's, they had to give a first round pick to the Knicks for Kenny Smith. I don't think he was worth a number one but no fan even cared because do anything you can to win that chip. So the answer is...good if they win...bad if they don't
That's right. It's such a mindblowingly horrendous trade, such a horrible fit that only if a meteor falls on top of all the other contenders' head, and the Rockets with two ballhogging pgs win the title, will it be worth it.
I don’t think of Harden as a ball hog because he loves when his teammates step up and play well. Westbrook has his big men block out and not grab the ball so he can get rebounds for his triple doubles
