If we get Anthony Randolph, Hasheem Thabeet, and Terrence Williams THAT will be a team to get excited about moving forward!

Haha, duly noted. I will tone it down a bit. Perhaps it would be wise to actually see him in a damn Rockets uniform first. I just know what I saw last year in New Jersey and believe he's only scratched the surface as far as potential.

Every time a new guy walks through the door or has a few good games this board thinks we're on our way to winning a ring. He was an 11th pick that had a few good games last year, he was clashing with his coach, I don't see anything in his resume yet that says he makes a 10 game difference for the Rox.

Did you watch him play this year, something it seems you have not done, the guy has averaged 6.7 PPG, 36% from the field, way worse than his rookie year, he was fined multiple times for showing up late to practice and still did it, the guy has potential to be good player in the league with alot of potential but he has bad attitude, I hope he control his cool and play some good ball for us.

I'm a little out of it, I hear Houston was involved in a deal, then I saw Terrence Williams.
    You can imagine my disappointment.

Here is another stat. He has only been averaging 20 minutes per game and he has 2.5 turnovers per game! He has a couple of games where he threw the ball away 5 times in 11 minutes...? A first round draft pick may have been too much when we are going to be in Lotteryville for awhile...

Yeah, I have, and a change of scenery is the perfect thing for this guy. Look, I'm not saying that the guy is going to come in here and be Kobe. I am saying that the guy already makes us a better team simply by wearing a Rockets uniform. Why? Because he's got all of the tools to become a damn good player in this league and I fully expect him to become that player now that he is in, what I believe, is a much better atmosphere than New Jersey...

Hmm...how bout we wait till he actually plays his first Rocket game and then some.

It's kinda sad that we tend to fawn and get excited over a new player and then bash him like hell once the bricks start falling.

Did anyone say anything about winning a championship because of the trade? I'm saying it was a good trade, that is all.

I do wanna see DM make a move on Randolph and Thabeet. Especially Thabeet.

Not the answer but as i have stated before, we need to go THUG on this team and this is the direction to go. T-Will has been awesome even throughout college and under my radar for years now. I'd rather have iggy would this guy can make iggy look like a bum on the offensive end at least. Good luck for us especially it didnt cost us much (hoping it's the knicks 1st in 2012)

So did Lee...and so did Lopez. You wouldn't trade for Brook Lopez?

Surely all of this is adding up to something more...Morey is going for youth, this much is evident- however, we have a lot of decent players. Player to player, there may not be much difference, but none of these guys are taking us past the 8th seed.

    Brooks/Lowry/Ish
    Martin/Lee
    Battier/Bud/Williams
    Scola/Hayes/Patt
    Yao/Hill/Miller

    The team needs to condense.

The sore thumbs are Brooks (only because he has the most trade value of our PGs), Battier/Bud, and Yao. I don't believe Yao ever gets traded, so that leaves you with a Brooks + Bud/Battier + Knicks pick deal...what does that net us (No pun...i'm not hoping for Lopez or anything)
