Tmobile did the same to me. I had like $50+ on txt msg and I just got that $10 unlimited and it went to that. Didn't pay the 50. Another instant I went to the Tmobile store cus one of my cell was broken. it's a crappy cell, but I was using it for the 'my fav' deal since my better phone didn't have that. So the lady told me I should just call Tmobile and they'll ship me a new one.. and added if I was only using it for 'my fav' I coulda just used my other phone, cus I could edit my 'my fav' option thru the internet. So I said the hell with that phone and I went back using my other phone. But she added to "shhhh" and keep it under the radar. Nice girl. I also canceled my Tmobile phone at the beginning of the year and it took me no more than 5 minutes, and that's cus I had lots of questions.
I probably give better Customer Service than receive.... although I agree, Tmobile's CS ROCKS, I want to work for them
