Depends on your symptoms mainly. If you have congestion, sinus pressure, and nasal drip and nothing is coming out of your noses, the main thing you have do is get drainage. Sudafed works, as does actifed. Mucinex & Afrin are good, but don't use them too long. The vapor mist stuff works too. Other home remedies for this are good like just spicy food. If it is that you are just sneezing all the time, again it depends on whether you are sneezing something out or not. If you are, then thats good, you want to drain whatever is in your nasal cavities. you can really only control that sneezing but trying ot blow your nose and clear it out with what i said above. To suppress sneezing without anything coming out, you can try the stuff I mentioned above, but it may not necessarily work. Aloe vera, teas, are probably best. For just plain sore throat, lozenges are good and lots and lots of water. Cayenne pepper, tumeric, garlic, ginger, vitamin C, selenium, and zinc all been shown to have positive effect on immune system and helping you to get better. Lastly, you need to eat. You will feel like ****, and it may hurt your throat when you eat, but you really need to. People forget too that the main thing that the immune system uses to kill viruses and bacteria are made of proteins, so you have to make sure to eat protein and grains, not just watery soup, crackers, and such. When you are sick/stressed, you use up a lot of protein and need to replenish this. Thats pretty much all I can think of without knowing more of the story, and examining you straight up...
