They're gonna be really fired up next game to play us in Houston.

But if they can't stop Nate Robinson... stopping Lin and Harden is gonna be tough

There's a more than decent chance that the Rockets with all their inconsistency problems end up STAYING the 7 seed. That is, we pass up Golden State, and then the Lakers pass both of us up.

Just be careful making assumptions on this stuff.

They've been playing poorly since that hot start, they are like the knicks of the west.

Wonder if Bogut will ever return to shape on offense.

The Warriors are the Knicks in the West.
    They are falling.

Don't have anything against them other than Mark Jackson and Bogut. But that is enough to relish in their failures.

If the Mavs hadn't lost a couple of close games, I'd predict the Warriors to miss the playoffs. They are 7-13 beginning with the Rockets blowout.

Their team has no heart and zero toughness. Unless Klay Thompson and/or Harrison Barnes go to another level next season and Bogut stays healthy, I don't see them having much of an immediate future. IMO, none of those 3 things will happen.

Their cap situation is horrid next season, 73 million without Jarrett Jack. But they have a lot cap space for 2014 free agency.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they drop all the way out of the playoffs if Dallas can keep playing well.

Jarrett Jack no heart and toughness?

Carl MANDRY has no heart and toughness?

And Steph Curry seems like he cares a lot.

Jarrett Jack and Landry are the exceptions, but likely neither guy returns next year. They need a nasty foundational player or two that add mortar to the bricks. Bogut might be one IF he could give them full seasons (which is doubtful).

Steph Curry is a very skilled player who can get hot, but he will never be a superstar that can carry a team. Sure, he'll average 20+ points and erupt for huge games every now and then. But, IMO, he's not going to be much more than he is now. His fragility is also a major concern.

I cheer myself up comparing the Rockets future to the Warriors.
