Doesn't Battier own Lebron when we play the Cavs?

Kobe is way better than Lebron... Lebron is just a tremendous athlete--definitely not the best basketball player in the NBA. Nash, Kobe, Duncan, etc. are way better given the bodies they were "blessed" with.

And until Lebron gets a better shooting touch and learns to make pressure jumpers, I'll label him overrated.. and don't hate on my comment. think about it from his perspective. It's not easy to grab rebounds and dish assists when you're so much bigger and agile than everyone else.

He's still missing "it".. something kobe has, and with all this hype that he himself is buying into, it's hard to imagine he ever will.

In your really long post, all I got was Kobe is a better shooter. Who cares if Lebron is not a pure shooter like Kobe, as long as he is scoring just as much or more than Kobe and at a much higher shooting percent!! He rebounds more, he has more assists and probably blocks more than Kobe. He has led a team with no other All Star to the championship game! All this when he was only 22!?!!? So what are we comparing again??

I don't know about that one. He does refer to himself in the third person. Those two articles are BEFORE he came in the NBA. He is a HUGE ego.

Lebron definately has time to be better than kobe but he isn't now.

You don't know much about basketball if you don't know why shooting is important regardless of how good someone is at driving. Lebron has improved and is now atleast a streak shooter but the consistency of being a great shooter is important. Kobe garners more attention on the peremeter, which frees up guys for easy buckets down low like tmac.

Lebron doesn't get that same respect, in fact people want him to shoot. He has to get people open by dribble drive and kick outs which forces someon to take a jumper instead of an easy basket. The difference doesn't affect his stats but its one of the reasons they struggle on offence so much.

He officially going on my list of guys who would be the best players ever if they learned defense and a post up game.
