Honestly I would try posting a Craigslist ad to "carpool," if you are wiling to risk rape. That would probably be the quickest/cheapest. Just don't respond if some guy named "Mike" from the Philly area responds. He's an *******. And Irvine sucks because there's nothing there. No downtown, just a bunch of relatively decent shopping malls. UCI is full of delicious Asians though. Not a great campus, but not terrible. The women were pretty, pretty good. I just got back from a trip there a couple days ago. The rest of the OC is great, in my opinion. At least from what I saw. Newport was alright, except everything closes so damn early. Laguna Beach was phenomenal. Besides the traffic, it's a real scenic area, all the way up into LA (and Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica). I'm considering moving out there in a few months. Irvine, though, cultureless and boring.
