Big Baby Davis just reached a buy out agreement with Orlando Magic. He will be a Free Agent this upcoming Monday

Clippers is interested in signing him. Spurs showing interest

What about Rockets? Get him for almost nothing?

Big upgrade on 4 position. Could stretch the floor. Underrated defender in the paint.

He's been injured the past couple of years. That's what I would worry about.

Nay. Nothing major. Don't forget: Houston can get him for almost nothing.

I'd think Davis would prefer the Clips spot. They don't really have much competition for "true big" minutes behind the starters. I think they have Hedo and Ryan Hollins getting these minutes.

Houston needs a serviceable 4 man, too.

Plus he can play with Dwight.

Dude has mid range. Could pair well with Lin+ Harden with pick and pop game. Davis can rebound too.

Unless Asik goes back to his whiny ways, Davis is a bad fit for us. For traditional PFs, Jones is better and DMo is arguably equal. For a stretch 4 Casspi is better. His only use would've been a backup 5 had the Rockets traded away Asik.

We don't need him. Tonight we need Kyle Korver

I'd prefer to keep this spot open for Granger or any other 3/4 or 4/5 player with range that becomes available.

Yep. People have forgotten how talented this guy was just two years ago. The Rockets really miss what Delfino brought them last year in small ball lineups, and Granger gives you that and more on the defensive end with his size. I think he's the perfect fit to round out this rotation. Give him Casspi/Garcia's minutes plus take away some PF minutes with him and Parsons at the 3/4.

Glen Davis adds nothing to this team IMO other than someone to make fart jokes with Howard.

How many units of fun will Davis provide for Howard? I am asking you stats guys this question before I feel comfortable signing him.

Why do you guys want Danny Granger over Big Baby? I think it's quite obvious that Granger is washed up. He is having the worst season in his basketball career, shooting just 35% from the field. He wouldn't add much to our team.

The starting PF position is by far our weakest spot. T-Jones and D-Mo are playing well obviously and I like them but let's be realistic..is TJ really good enough to be a championship caliber starting PF? Glen Davis is proven low post scorer and has a much polished game at this point, not to mention he knows how to play with dwight..IMO Davis would be a huge addition to our team

Is it even rumored that Granger will be bought out?
