I think the NBA should just automatically give the first pick to New York. I mean, everyone wants to play there so badly. Here's what sucks and I can feel it coming. The Knicks get the #1 pick in the lotto. It is hailed as the re-birth of the Knicks and, of course, the NBA since the rest of the league is nothing without NYC and LA. At the draft when the Knicks select Ming, Bob Costas says something like this, "Still reeling from a vicious attack last September, New York always finds a way to tough it out. Perhaps Yao Ming can help heal some of those wounds that run so deep." My eyes can't roll enough!
