I'm sure Clipper fans everywhere are thrilled to know that their superior starting lineup has won fewer games than the Rockets. Much like Memphis fans must be pleased to have an organization that drafts busts like Thabeet at #2 that you have to package with ANOTHER first-round draft pick to get rid of for an expiring contract. You know, an org. that gives guys like Kyle Lowry away for nothing. An org. that's about to make Zach Randolph a very, very rich man. Must feel nice.

I agree with you on the Grizz, but you are very very delusional if you think the Clippers are worse off than the Rockets. They've started three rookies this year most of the time, they're gonna be a great team.

haha its like.. who cares who starts if we're twice as good as that TEAM?

weve beaten them every game, and they arent passing us...so...I'll take our "team" as opposed to their starters.

There are a few questions that need to be addressed before you praise anyone as GM.

    1) is the team a Playoff team or championship team?
    2) is the GM saving money for his team?
    3) Does the team have young player with potential to be all-star?
    4) Is this the first year or second year as GM?

Give Morey credit, fans are now arguing which is the better team among the Rockets, Clippers and Memphis. We have officially joined the argument whether which among the losers are better than the other losers. Way to go Morey.

Dude, they're the Clippers. They WILL dismantle that team sooner or later, long before they become anything approaching "great."

Well, I knew what the return would be from my comment.

You can make fun of the Memphis Grizzlies all you want but it does not change the fact that the guy has been here for 5 years and you want to give him credit for building a team full of middlin' 2nd teamers.

I laugh when I hear that Thabeet doesn't have a high ceiling.

You can click on every thread on this forum, and at least 75% of the posters don't have a clue what they're talking about.

They support the bad moves and are against the good moves, given where the Rockets are as an organization.

    Well, the Clippers are better.

But I think that Lowry could start over Mo willliams.

If you don't even follow the Rockets closely enough to remember the whole 'Yao getting injured' incident, why would you even participate in a Rockets forum?

I guess that's just what trolls do.

The new guys are a collection of lottery picks, someone has considered them to be high ceiling guys.

The big question is " who will be the right coach to mold them?"

Especially with 2 more picks from the 2011 draft.

So our second teamers beat you 3 out of four this year? I'll give Morey credit for that!

true, but "considered" is past tense. thabeet and williams had high ceilings but they havent gotten any better since being drafted. time is running out on them to show improvement.

lowry, lee, bud, pat, hill, and dragic all have the ability to become solid starters but probably not much more than that. lowry is already there, lee, and dragic are close. the rest need to take some steps forward. nice young bunch for sure, but no one that will lead you to the playoffs let alone championship.

thabeet and williams have that potential, but they aren't fulfilling it. i'm most intrigued by them because of their potential and i'd like to see both of them start and see lots of minutes in an attempt to force them to improve already. i think its time to sink or swim. show to can improve and belong in the nba or prove you're a bust and the team can move on.
