i like thibs but he would probably run our players into the ground. any other good, possibly available coaches out there?

The so-called Morey philosophy is only worth that much. Harden's taking more mid to long range twos in this playoff season. When 3 and the basket are better defended during the playoffs, players have to adjust and the value of Morey's theory drops.
I guess I'm not much a gambler with money then or at least not without more information about realistic replacements. Just because Thibs is available doesn't mean he'll want to sign here or we want to sign. I don't see Thibs fitting with this organization personally. He is the best defensive coach in this league as of today, but he is more stubborn than McHale and runs his players into the ground. What other candidates are available?
Morey's theory also involves using what the defense gives you. I've probably posted it at least 10 times, but Morey isn't against the mid range. He's against players who aren't great at it doing it. Look at his major FA targets, aside from CP3 (who is elite at mdrange) he has gone after every elite mid range PF/C FA (Bosh, Love, Alridge, Gasol brothers, an Melo).
