Doesn't Terry remind you of 95 Sam Cassell coming off the bench and destroying teams in the 4th? great mid range game and hitting big 3s in the 4th? obviously not as lovable as Sam.
Give credit where credit is due. I think it was on this board that someone compared him to Maxwell. The attitude, the trash talk and the clutch shooting. In my opinion, they are not alike at all. Maxwell was terrible in the 94 finals, he was outplayed by Starks and I don't even know how much you can credit Max for Starks being ice cold in game 7. Remember, if Starks hits that **** in game 6, it's over.

Yeah, you're right, but f that guy. I'll never forget the punk stuff he pulled a few years back when we played them.
Major props to Jason Terry. He had it rough going early in the series but really stepped up and was the main reason the Mavs put the Heat away in game six. His jumpshots and skills were needed no doubt. Mavs couldn't have done it without him imo.
He lead the Game 2 comeback. Dirk may have finished the games they won but Terry, as everyone says, was the spark off the bench, and nothing would have transpired if not for his inspired playing. Dirk, Marion and Terry all share one thing in common: they have some of the ugliest looking shots in the game, but they go down.
What I liked about this year's Finals was that regardless of which team won, one of my all-time favorite UA Wildcats was going to win a ring. I was also happy that either Peja or Bibby would be finally get the ring they were screwed out of in 2002.
I still hate Terry. But I give credit where credit's due. He did step up and make a huge difference for his team.
