3 turnovers in 3 minutes. Heh. Probably just from being out of sync but that's definitely not going to earn him any extra minutes.
Basically White and Cook shot really well but it was obvious that nobody on the court had ever played together. White made his first two shots but his debut was spoiled by like 4 turnovers. Not his fault, but that's what unfamiliarity will get you. I can't grade him yet, I'll give him an incomplete.
It seems like White doesn't have the quickness to create enough separation to get his dunks off, but will need someone to alley oop or set him up for a slam dunk.
Too bad it's hard to tell if he can play. And he's not getting any minutes so it's hard to tell. He made some shots but turning over more than anybody in this roster today....and he only play a few minutes..that's not a good sign.
Clyde said he's been watching him and said he has a good jumper. Also helped that he made both of his shots, first one being a long 2 and the second a 3ptr. He added a block to his stats too but there was that one play when he was one the run and Brent threw a lob to him about a foot or two behind the 3pt line. That got me really going but the pass was a little off. Good news is that I heard he will stay to the team til summer so they can see what he can do. He's our 1st round pick that we traded to get Artest.
i was being sarcastic. Anyway, i hope we take a good look at him this summer, he needs playing time to get going.
You can't say that cause he only had the ball of like a minute at most. He should have good handles cause he play the point in college at times.
