If by foam you mean bubbles, I think that's a combination of force and temperature. If by foam you mean foam, see a doctor.
P.S. Another question - How come girls pee their pants more easily than guys? Seriously, girls seem to always be peeing their pants.
Regarding urinals, looking down I feel the heat of my urine, and often the smell, so once I unzip I'm looking up.
Don't know why I just remembered this thread tonight but anyway, it just so happened when I read this thread a few years ago I had just returned from a urologist because I had blood in my urine. The urologist didn't find anything however my main doctor had run tests on my blood and it came back that my kidney function was decreased. I joked with him about foamy pee because I had experienced some of that and that's when he told me that foamy pee can be a result of protein not being filtered by your kidneys. Basically, when you have kidney damage the protein just goes right out into your urine which causes the foam. My condition has since gotten a lot worse unfortunately but just wanted to post this public service announcement about foamy pee. It sounds funny but it can be extremely serious so get yourself checked out by a doctor if you have this issue. Later.

Now THIS is a question I'd like to have answered. I have known many a girl who have "peed just a little" while laughing. You think girls would have strong enough kegals to control themselves since Cosmo is always telling them to work them.
all i know is when i am in a public restroom i want to pee louder and longer than the other dudes in the restroom.
