Update: The Girl has been captured. Police are on the trail of the infamous puppy pitcher. A teenage Cruella De Vil captured in a disturbing video posted online tossing several crying puppies into a rapidly moving river is now the focus of a police investigation in Bosnia. Authorities there told AFP that a local animal rights group has filed a complaint over the video, which was originally posted to YouTube but has since been taken down. According to the Sarajevo-based animal rights group SOS, the girl in the video is fom Bugojno, a town in Bosnia, and that it was filmed by her brother. Under Bosnian law, a person who kills or tortures animals can be slapped with fines ranging from around $19, to as much as $6,400 (15 to 5,000 euros). PETA has also joined the cause to out the woman, and has offered up a $2,000 reward for "information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for drowning a litter of helpless puppies." Those with information are encouraged to contact their Cruelty Investigations Department. In the video, the young, blonde woman is seen smiling as she picks several puppies out of a dirty bucket and viciously tosses them into a river. At one point during the 44-second video, as she lobs a black-and-white pup into the water, the girl can clearly be heard saying, "whee." Several online groups have popped up across the Internet looking to find the girl, including several on Facebook. The biggest of those on the social media network, "Find the Girl Who Threw Puppies in River," has more than 14,500 members. One of my tree-hugging, bicycle-riding college professors was know to drown an unwanted litter of kittens. She said it was better than them starving to death and more cost-effective than dumping the responsibility on the county pound.

I know dogs can swim but what about puppies? Do they swim right away or until they're bigger? As a fellow dog owner, this also pissed me off. She will get hers.
I'm not going to watch that video and it's horrible for sure... but, for the sake of argument...much crueler **** happens daily and seeing folks getting their panties in a wad over this strikes me as...a very weird form of jaded.
If I were there and I saw her doing that in person, then I would severely beat the hell out her. I think I might be in such a rage that I would actually kill her. We all have boiling points...and this would probably make me hit mine.
