In situations like this it's usually best to sleep with her best friend. It shows that you don't need her, and you're a desired individual. She'll come crawling back.....or if nothing else you'll get laid. Girls always like their friends boyfriends so this will make it easy for you.

that's a good start. you're gonna hurt for long time...real bad. nothing you can do about it. you're "calling her bluff". if she really wants out, it's good you find out now. find another woman. if she feels she's about lose something good, she'll come back. don't return any more emails or messages, and she'll be calling you up to talk 20 times a day.
When I was 19, I sure as hell didn't have Myspace & Facebook. GOD, that would made things much easier!
I know I am getting in late on this thread but... It means that you have become the fallback option and that you have been replaced by someone she thinks is better. You deserve better than that - move on.
you should put her best friend right above her on myspace. i guess this is now the equivalent of you sleeping with the best friend...
