wiz need only to win one more game to lock up a playoff berth. however if they lose their remaining 8 games, and indiana win their remaining 8, they will be knocked out.

this big-mouth deserves some good rest, he's too tired the whole season.

A damn shame. I really like the guy, being a fan of any player who's up front about being a "chucker," and backs it up by being good at it. Severe blow for the Wizards. Total bummer. :(

That's crazy. Toronto will have to work to break 500. 3 games with Detroit or Cleveland--2 of which at least will matter.

Mia has a much easier schedule and also has the tiebreaker. Mia looks like they are going to have great position. Not even breaking a sweat (or needed Wade or Shaq to exert themseleves) until the 2nd round. It is hard to believe post Wade injury, but Mia may very well win the East again.

Dude...I was in a shallow league and I had:

    Yao
    AI
    Jaamal Crawford
    Emeka Okafor
    Baron Davis
    Charlie Vill
    Michael Redd

So yeah....my whole team's been decimated. I gave up my fantasy back in January.

It's weird that they're saying 2 to 3 months. Last I knew, a meniscal tear took 4 to 6 weeks, AT MOST to recover from.

I had mine done (I tore the medial...which is the worse tear of the two...and my tear was rather significant), and I was feeling fine within 4 weeks. I actually walked out of the hospital 2 hours after surgery/

Either he's got more significant damage that for some reason the Wizards aren't talking about, or they are tanking it all in.
